As the alchemist in each of our lives, we forget how much power we truly have. If we choose to travel into our memories, we can radically shift the present through acceptance of the past. If we truly accept every emotion, every situation, every circumstance and event in its entirety, we can actually get to the other side of it and grow beyond it; no longer clutching to it as a source of identity from which to build upon.
In undertaking this act of radical alchemy, we can release the tensions held within our vessels and thus create space for the waters of life to flow through us with ease. Dis-ease can finally exit, as it always intended to. Relief is on the path.
